  20. OAK.Oakland.Edu is the most up-to-date mirror because I maintain it,
  21. in addition to my duties at SIMTEL20.  I run OAK's mirror program
  22. whenever new files are added at SIMTEL20.

  24. When you see a SIMTEL20 upload announcement in newsgroup
  25. comp.archives.msdos.announce, the file is already on OAK.
