  21. Here is how I make a guess.  This is an extract from today's (19
  22. hours') Garbo's top download statistics of my own files.  I made
  23. moder18.zip available yesterday and now we have

  38. Of course it could ocasionally be something else, but 
  39.  3 /pc/pd2/moder18.zip  
  40. format is a typical imprint of a mirroring site getting the file. 
  41. This means that now after a little over one day, all the three Garbo
  42. mirrors should have this file.

  44. This is somewhat tentative, and of course one could check for sure. 
  45. But this gives a general indication of the likely turnaround time
  46. for Garbo mirroring.
