  12. Since the newsgroup comp.archives.msdos began I have observed that announced
  13. software does not appear right away at the mirror sites. In particular
  14. the time from SIMTEL20 toget WUARCHIVE.WUSTL.EDU seems to be several days.

  16. Does anyone know how long I should wait before attempting to FTP an archive
  17. from a mirror site?
