  20. These two files contain the sources and the executables for XV version
  21. 2.21.  Xv is an X11-based program that displays images in a variety of
  22. formats, including GIF, TIFF, JPEG, PBM, and more.  It can also be used
  23. to convert images between these formats.  Also, XV provides lots of
  24. interactive controls for manipulating the colors of an image.
