  19. WinBiff 1.4 is a mail notification utility, like UN*X biff,
  20. for use with UUPC/extended, FUUCP, Waffle, and PC-NFS under
  21. Windows 3.x.  When the user has no mail, a default icon or bitmap
  22. shows a mailbox with the flag down.  When mail arrives, the
  23. icon or bitmap changes to show the flag up, and a beep is
  24. sounded.  Optionally, a scrollable list of (up to 100) message
  25. headers can be displayed in a window.  New/fixed in 1.4:  header
  26. option works with Waffle files; can launch mail reader with
  27. mouse click; autosense Berkeley (sendmail), MMDF mail file
  28. formats; flicker-free scrolling.
