  17. Archive's recommendation is every 30 hours of tape motion, but most
  18. people go way past that.  There are cleaning cartridge that you
  19. can buy, but most people use a quality isopropyl alcohol (*not*
  20. rubbing alcohol!) or 'head cleaning solution' and a cleaning
  21. swab that doesn't shed lint.
