  14. We like to develop a control-system for a dynamic system based on feature maps (Kohonen).
  15. Now we have two questions:
  16.  1. Is it necessary to normalize the sensoric signals, if they are of a 
  17.     different kind (position/orientation)?
  18.  2. What`s about the correctness concerning the estimation of the Jacobi 
  19.     matrix in both cases?
