  22. I wrote a GA package called Splicer for NASA.  It runs under X on Suns
  23. (and is easily ported to other machines; I had it running on an RS/6000
  24. in under an hour) as well on on the Mac.  If you have government 
  25. affiliation, you can obtain a copy of Splicer for free from the Software 
  26. Technology Branch Help Desk at the Johnson Space Center.  Their number
  27. is (713) 280-2233; e-mail is stbprod@fdr.jsc.nasa.gov.  Otherwise, you 
  28. can also get Splicer for a small fee from COSMIC at (404) 542-3265.
