  14. There are a few quite good expert system shells for MSDOS 
  15. computers (PClones) - some are very cheap and others not so 
  16. cheap.

  20. VP expert - quite powerful.  Site licences available for 
  21. educational institutions.  Nice teaching tool for teaching 
  22. about expert systems, backward chaining and etc.  VP expert 
  23. will read a relational table and write its own decision tree - 
  24. or you can devise production rules yourself with its built in

  34. This has been around for several years.  It is much more 
  35. limited than VP Expert, however, it is possible to build
