- Not quite; it implicitly allows special or privileged status to lots of folks -
- racial minorities, women, physically disabled persons; nor does anything deny
- this status to any group at all - bald people could get the protection if they
- were able to get a local ordinance passed. The amendment only denied this
- protection to homosexuals. Thus, even without the "discrimination" clause,
- this amendment was wrong, I believe - it singled out one group for no reason
- given, and denied them something not explicitly denied to anyone else.
