  18. I have this same request.  I had meant to take a copy with me on my Christmas
  19. vacation in Texas.  Sure enough, I ended up in arguements/discussions with
  20. many people and truly wished I had to exact wording to make my point.  People
  21. outside of Colorado are even more confused than Coloradoans since they only
  22. get what the news(papers) say and have no concept what the Amendment really
  23. says.  Therefore, I have a few people in mind I'd like to send an exact copy
  24. to.
