  13.    We have just gotten ours.  It will be several months before the networking
  14. part is installed.  I would be interested in any answers you get.  Also in
  15. starting a dialog as you and I get parts of this to work.
  16.    My understanding is this thing is supported through a Novell print Queue.
  17. It can accept input as a Novell printer and an LPD printer.  They provide
  18. support for the Mac desktop, Dos/Windows, and a Unix platform.  While they
  19. will print a stright text file, the support for this is designed around
  20. Postscript protocol.
  21.    We intend to use our VM system to provide an LPR interface to this from
  22. MVS.  MVS prints to a VM process which shoots the output to the printer using
  23. LPR/LPD.  None of the details have been worked out yet.
