  20. Here is a suggestion:  If you have ever encountered a bug in WpWin 5.1,
  21. call up WP and report it.  I did that, and was pleasantly surprised when I
  22. got a free upgrade to WpWin 5.2.  (In fact, I have gotten 3 of them, each to
  23. a slightly different spelling of my address!)  I've always said WP has a
  24. classy organization, and this is further proof of it.

  26. But, even if you have to pay, I think the upgrade is worth it.  New features
  27. include
  28.    -- Grammatik grammar checker
  29.    -- Easy switching between button bars
  30.    -- Print portrait and landscape modes in the same document
  31.    -- Ole support

  33. This is just the stuff I have found time to use in the past week.  It also
  34. has Adobe Type manager, several new or improved macros and button bars,
  35. a feature for indexing files, improved file conversions, some sort of
  36. network email feature... all in all, pretty good stuff.  My guess is that
  37. WinWord will still score higher in the evaluations, but 5.2 narrows the
  38. gap, and I'm hoping that by 6.0 Wp has its lead again.  WP has earned
  39. a lot of loyalty from me because of its tech support and customer policies,
  40. and I'm glad to see that my patience with its troubled Windows product is
  41. starting to pay off.
