- Valdis Kletnieks would have you believe that the maximum
- number of users allowed on relay was "conveniently" chosen as
- 211. Don't believe it for a moment! 211 is a prime number,
- and the _only_ prime number that is exactly 12 greater than
- the next lower prime number, _and_ 12 less than the next higher
- prime number.
