- Hello. I am a social worker in a suburban high school. I would be happy to
- talk with your graduate student about ways to deal with teacher stress. Inmy
- practice here at the high school, helping teachers to understand and deal
- with the many stresses they experience is an important part of my work. I
- have found that giving the teachers a chance to explain what they are
- experiencing and then helping them to see the more complex meanings and
- dynamic processes of students behaviors is tremendously helpful not only in
- reducing stress but in facilitating mutually pleasurable relationships
- between teachers and students.
