  12. Hello. I am a social worker in a suburban high school. I would be happy to
  13. talk with your graduate student about ways to deal with teacher stress. Inmy
  14. practice here at the high school, helping teachers to understand and deal
  15. with the many stresses they experience is an important part of my work. I
  16. have found that giving the teachers a chance to explain what they are
  17. experiencing and then helping them to see the more complex meanings and
  18. dynamic processes of students behaviors is tremendously helpful not only in
  19. reducing stress but in facilitating mutually pleasurable relationships
  20. between teachers and students.
