  13. About a month ago I put out a call for an XPL program that would "harden" all
  14. the counters in a file, including a complex outline.  When I did not get a
  15. response that would meet my needs, I finally wrote one myself.

  17. I am sending a copy to Itamar.  However, since I am still using NB 3.1, I do   t
  18. not know whether this will work on NB 4.

  20. If someone is interested in testing this program on NB 4, please write me
  21. off-forum and let me know.
