- I have run into problems trying to print on A4 size paper on an HP Laserjet
- IIP in Lingua. In the Layout menu, I selected Text form (I think), which
- gave me the option of choosing Letter, Legal, and among other sizes, also
- A4. I chose this option (70.14") and followed the suggested Page length
- settings. Lingua then inserted among others a PB24 delta. However, when
- I tried to print the file, I got a message on the HP IIP "MP Load Legal".
- I changed to MP Size on the HP to "Legal" and the printer then printed the
- first page of the file. It then requested "MP Load Executive"; I pressed
- ALT Continue on the printer and it printed half of the next page. Every
- subsequent page was also printed half a page at a time. The way I finally
- solved the problem was to delete the PB24 delta; after that the file printed out
- fine. Could anybody perhaps explain this? I suspect the value of the PB
- delta is the problem, but why is it inserted at all?
