  11. Regardings Bennun's problem with page numbers in running headers:
  12. Mervyn, I have not printed very many documents with NB4, but all of them
  13. have successfully used running headers placed on about the 10th line or
  14. so to print the page number beginning on the second page.  Your problem
  15. might be related to local factors.  good luck.  --William Bodiford
