  13. I'm sure I'm missing something, because this is so simple a problem
  14. that the fact that I have it is evidence that I am....

  16. Why won't a RHA delta insert the page numbers unless it operates from
  17. p. 1? Other text is inserted - the title, for example - but not the
  18. page number __on any page__ unless the delta is located so as to be
  19. operative from p. 1.

  21. NB 3 did not mind if the RHA delta was not on the first line of the
  22. first page.
