  16. There is an excellent Mac emulator for the NeXT -- Executor from ARDI.
  17. It doesn't run everything because some Mac apps aren't 32-bit clean,
  18. but it does fine on Microsoft Word 4.0 and 5.0 and Excel 3.0 and 4.0
  19. as well as most shareware.

  21. Last I heard, the retail price was $360 with an educational price of
  22. $180. You also need to buy the Mac software you want to run and may
  23. have to install it on a Mac before bringing it to your NeXT. You do not
  24. have to buy any Apple software or hardware.

  26. Executor does not emulate the Mac finder. It runs applications that
  27. run on Macs.
