  16. Is MEDLINE via DataStar really more cost effective now that NLM has reduced
  17. most or all of the cost factors in its pricing algorithm and eliminated
  18. the distinction between prime-time and non-prime-time?  I have begun
  19. accessing MEDLARS via the INTERNET, which has cut my own cost even more.
  20. Or is the attraction of Data Star more for those who are familiar with and
  21. favorably impressed with the BRS-type search features coupled with the
  22. relatively lower cost?
