- Irv, regarding the amount of airtime women get in classrooms--one relevant
- study that has gotten a lot of national attention is one done by Susan
- Bailey of the Wellesely Center for Research on Women. I think the title
- of the study is "How Schools Shortchange Girls" (or at least, that's how
- it seems to be frequently referred to around here) and you could get a copy
- by calling the CRW (617-283-2500), or writing them (Center for Research
- on Women, Cheever House, Wellesley College, 106 Central St., Wellesley
- MA 02181) or perhaps even emailing them (I think Cynthia Loker would be
- able to help, cloker@lucy.wellesley.edu). I imagine there is a charge for
- it, but I don't know what it is.
