  17. LIBRES is now accepting submissions for the Spring and Summer issues
  18. submissions are due by the 15th of each month.

  20. LIBRES publishes articles, drafts and reports of research in progress and
  21. solicits reviews and responses from subscribers.   All articles, reports,
  22. etc. remain the property of the author and may be re-published elsewhere.

  24. LIBRES also publishes announcements, questions and responses for library
  25. and information science related events and subjects.

  29. Subscription is open to anyone interested.
