- It appears that some people believe that compilers for the PL/S family
- of languages exist only for the 370/390 processors. This is not the
- case. I am aware of PL/x compilers for the Intel 80x86 processor
- family as well as for the engines used in the 3880 control units.
- It is highly likely that other processors are also supported.
