  20. We are currently upgrading the services that AskERIC will provide for
  21. you.  We are developing an AskERIC FTP and Gopher site, enabling
  22. AskERIC to offer you selected ERIC digests and help sheets, as well
  23. as a database of frequently-asked questions and answers.  This free
  24. service should be up and running by the end of January.  I will keep
  25. you informed.

  27. The original function of AskERIC will also remain: to provide a
  28. personalized question-answering, help and referral service to K-12
  29. teachers, school librarians, and administrators.  AskERIC will
  30. respond to your question within 48 working hours.  If you have
