  16. Here at the University of Dayton we are in the planning (close to
  17. reality) stage of a Campus Video Network over coaxial cable, as
  18. well as a fiber optic backbone for data to make available service
  19. to all residence hall rooms, conference rooms, etc.  Voice over
  20. twisted pair was upgraded approx. 7 years ago.

  22. Vidnet-l (vidnet-l@uga) is a list specializing in the discussion
  23. of Campus Video Networks.  Ohio Northern University, University
  24. of Mass. at Amherst, University of Georgia, Virginia Tech, St.
  25. Lawrence U., Buffalo State College all have or are working on
  26. such systems and have participated in discussions related to such.

  28. Surveys have been done by the College of William and Mary (P.B.
  29. Welbek) on what others are doing also.
