  13. CAMPUS NETWORK (VIDEO, VOICE, DATA) REQUEST-
  14. Texas Christian University is interested in locating institutions
  15. in higher education which have installed or plan to install a
  16. network comprised of video, data and voice.  Our plans under
  17. discussion call for all of our residence halls to be equipped with
  18. a video link to a campus headend and a cable feed, data feed from
  19. central computing and voice service to all rooms.  Plans also call
  20. for an institutional net for video to all academic buildings.
