  36.     The OpenVMS AXP 1-Unlimited Interactive User License, the DEC OSF/1 AXP
  37.     1-Unlimited Interactive User License, and the DEC FORTRAN for DEC OSF/1
  38.     AXP License have been grandfathered under the CSLG as of January 4, 1993.

  40.     PLEASE NOTE: An OpenVMS AXP operating system base license (QL-MT1A**-**)
  41.     and a DEC OSF/1 AXP operating system base license (QL-MT4A**-**) are
  42.     prerequisites for all systems that will use either the CSLG OpenVMS AXP
  43.     or DEC OSF/1 AXP interactive user upgrade licenses.

  45.     Customers who renew their CSLG from January 4, 1993 on will automatically
  46.     receive these license PAKs as part of their CSLG. Customers who renewed
  47.     their CSLG prior to that date and want to obtain the license PAKs should
  48.     contact their local Sales Representative. Your local Sales Office will be
  49.     able to process this $0 order for you.
