- Hi,
-
- As has been described by other posters, you're entitled to MOTIF support. In
- all likelihood, your problem happened because of some communication problem
- between your DEC contract administrator(s) and the folks who configure the
- support portfolio at DSN/TSC etc. If you're sure after checking with your
- contract administrator that your contract is in order, you may want to send
- mail to the DSNlink help desk at DSN%CAD to request that you be granted access
- to services you're entitled to.
-
- I've asked for help from the DSN help desk to expedite this sort of thing a
- couple of times since our ESL renewal in October, since our contract
- adminstrator failed to make DEC support aware of the changes in the new
- contract. The DSN help desk was able to resolve the access problems in a timely
- and satisfactory way.
