  13. From the recent descriptions of the Carl-incident, I can only say
  14. that the police officers were only doing what they have been told to do.
  15. If what has been said is true, that Carl was signing "cant breathe",
  16. and the security could not pick this up, I think the hiring process for
  17. security people should be looked into. I can understant why Carl was struggling;
  18. if you could not breathe you would struggle too. But I can also understand why
  19. the police had to use force, since Carl was using it to try to breathe. My guess
  20. was that it was a 'vicious cycle' and finally Carl suffocated.
