- I hope someone can help me with this problem. I have a Clipper S87
- application that I am trying to make a change to. When I try to run
- the compiler, it says
- line 0: memory fault
- that is, is craps out before it even reads the first line of code. Now
- I have had no problems with this before. The only thing I can think of
- that has changed since the last time I used the S87 compiler is that
- I installed some stuff on my system through Windows, which changed the
- config.sys and autoexec.bat. It saved the old config.sys which I put
- back and rebooted, but still no luck. The only changes in the autoexec.bat
- were that some of the include and lib SETs were a little longer.
- I have only 1 TSR which was there when S87 worked before. Also, I have
- had no other apparent memory problems. Clipper 5.01 still works fine as
- does everything else.
-
- Anybody know what's causing this? The manual I have doesn't explain this
- error message.
-
- Thanks,
-

- My opinions are just that.
