- Hi all.
-
- I have heard about a 386sx chip brought out by IBM called the 386slc. I think
- it's supposed to be pin compatible with the 386sx. If this is true does that
- mean that I can pull out my 16MHz 386sx chip and plug this in? I believe
- it has an onboard cache (2K) and some instruction optimisations, causing its
- performance to be comparable to a full 386, etc...
-
- Can anyone help me here?
-
- Thanks.
-
- Phil Malin.
