- Well, the main "instruction manual" on astral traveling is the
- book "You-Forever". The old man devoted about 1-2 chapters on techniques.
- Elsewhere throughout his 19 odd books, there are scattered references of
- astral projection, like in "The Hermit" where he relates the story of a
- blind astral-traveling lama who was abducted by aliens aboard a space-craft.
- It would have been useful to piece together these separate references,
- but it is too tedious, unless, of course, someone offered to pay for
- the effort and time, :-).
