- How can you consider it a positive step when someone that is not
- qualified is given appointment, contract, promotion, etc all because
- they are "female" or "minority"? What we are saying is that neither
- are good; that things should be awarded based solely on qualifications.
- And we are not talking about those qualifications which rest on race,
- gender, religious or sexual affiliation.

- factor should be "who is BEST qualified" not "who meets the quota" nor
- "who fits in with the established norm".
