  48. version is "a heck a lot better" without it.

  61. The word 'mecholal' is the passive participle of 'chalal', meaning 
  62. 'pierced' or 'run through', and it connotates a violent death. At 
  63. least NIV (where I got my quote) and NAS translate it correctly. This 
  64. word also refutes your whole alleged quote, since it makes clear that 
  65. the Messiah suffers _physically_, not mentally, as it appears in your
  66. version. Or otherwise Rav Vidas didn't know what he was talking about,
  67. which I doupt.
