  14. Whenever I try to run lemacs on a remote machine and display on local
  15. machine through a PPP link in between, the display machine gets in
  16. panic and crashes. I'd like to get in touch with anyone who'd have
  17. encountered this problem or managed to run lemacs remotely through a
  18. PPP link without crashing. I don't know whether the problem lies with
  19. how lemacs creates a connection to the display server or whether it is
  20. the PPP software that chokes on some unusual packets. Currently, I use
  21. dp-2.2 beta running on sun sparcstations to establish a PPP link.
