  13.   I am sorry to have to say, but because of very high load on our machines
  14. I had to close the public access telnet-irc-client at
  15. ircserver.itc.univie.ac.at; ppl protested against the clients running on it.

  17.   I'll try to find some other machine to let it run on, but naturally I cannot
  18. promise anything. Should anyone else be willing to establish this kind
  19. of service, it would be very fine.
