  20. It depends on your system. Here are the procedures concerning few of the
  21. most popular operation systems:

  23. MS-DOS: No key available really, if you want to get back to irc afterwards.
  24.         If you just want to exit without signing off, try ctrl-C
  25.  
  26. OS/2: It's not really a key, it's called a mouse. It's the little (usually)
  27.       white thing near your keyboard. You have to move the little arrow to
  28.       a position where you can see a so called "icon" and click it. Then
  29.       you can use that so called "window" and get back to irc by clicking
  30.       the irc-window

  32. Apple MacIntosh: See OS/2
  33.  
  34. Windows 3.0, 3.1, NT: See OS/2

  36. XWindows: See OS/2

  38. Unix: There is no key really designed for use with irc, but there is this
  39.       unix-bound key ctrl-z which puts the process (for example irc) to the
  40.       background until the user types "fg" without quotation marks.
