  29. Based on similar systems (CA*E), I suggest that the ability to link to
  30. other products via standard file formats and OS commands preserves the
  31. end-user's right to control the performance of systems.  This factor
  32. plays a crucial role precisely because no manufacturer of software is
  33. willing (or able) to support every use.
