  12. As an enthusiastic newbie, I'd like to know two things:
  13.  -- which books give the best coverage of the theory and practice of
  14.     marking text for hypertext?
  15. and
  16.  -- what modifications have people made to the Unix hytelnet program
  17.     to suit their needs?  (I'm thinking executing shell scripts,
  18.     multiple hypertext nodes in a file, multiple files, etc).
