-
- you know, when I bought "Roadside" the book seller guy told me he didn't
- think I'd enjoy it, that usually only men like it. (I'm a chick w/ a
- guy's name). I told him I doubted it, that I loved all of Robbin's
- other stuff. I was WRONG. I hated it! I thought it was bland, boring
- and way way too self-indulgent without being amusing. Kind of like Tama
- Janowitz's second "A Cannibal in Manhattan."
