  10. According to today's NY Daily News, Slick Willie has "come to the
  11. realization" that a middle class tax break might not be in the offing.
  12. In addition, his pre-election rosy projections showing the deficit being
  13. cut in half in a few years "may have been overly optimistic".

  15. But wait, there's more!
  16.  
  17. The Gas Tax monster is still alive, but might "be coupled with some
  18. device" to offset the impact on middle class people. Bend over, folks,
  19. this is gonna hurt you more than it hurts me.

  21. So that's three down, and there's still 12 days 'till inaguration day.
  22. Anybody care to wager how many promises are broken by Jan. 20?
