- Have heard several reports that Prez-elect Slick Willie is starting to
- talk about the 50-cent-per-gallon gas tax again, now that the election's
- past.
-
- Being used to $1.35/gal gas, and having a new car, I simply find it
- amusing that all the folks who voted for Willie in hopes of a big boost
- may be gnashing their teeth all the way to the gas pump.

- "I won't raise taxes on the middle class" - Pres. Willie, Nov. 1992
-
- "You're lying, Willie, and you know it." - Me, Nov. 1992.

- One promise down, 4,276 to go.
