  22. As a satisfied customer, I can recommend it. I have been receiving the thing
  23. for one and a half year now, and it is great. Even service when it for some
  24. reason (mailer problems) does not arrive is swift and prompt.

  26. Just one thing, though. Last year, I got two versions of Year in Review; this
  27. year only one. Is that normal ?
