  12. You want a SCSI CD-ROM driver.  Do you have an Adaptec SCSI card?
  13. Call Adaptec & get their ES-SCSI or SCSI-Master package.  You need
  14. ASPI4DOS.SYS, ASPIDISK.SYS (or equivilant), and perhaps MSCDEX.EXE
  15. (The Microsoft Extensions, for High Sierra format & others).  I have
  16. been told that there *may* be a problem w/ block size -- apparently
  17. the Sony w/ Suns has a 512k block size & DOS likes a 2048k block
  18. size.  I am a little suprised that this would be a characteristic
  19. of the drive, and not the media (the cd-rom you stuff into it...)

  22. my Sun CD-ROM working yet!  So take this info for what it's worth.
