  25. To use a CDROM drive on an Adaptec, you need three things..

  27. ASPI4DOS.SYS
  28. Appropriate CDROM driver that talks ASPI. This may be Adaptec's ASW-410
  29. package, Trantors SCSI package, Corel SCSI, or Adaptec's new EZ-SCSI.
  30. MSCDEX.EXE loaded from autoexec.bat.

  32. Then, and only then, can you access the CDROM drive.
