  15.   For some reason, the DSIN/DSNlink folks who handle UCX don't write any
  16. databse articles, nor do they announce patch kits. You should place a
  17. voice call and ask for the complete set of patches. If you think this pol-
  18. icy is a disservice to customers such as yourself, you might want to men-
  19. tion that as well.
