  16. We have been trying to set up an anonymous FTP server using
  17. CMU-Tek (6.6-5a) under VMS 5.3-1.  All works OK except that
  18. we cannot get FTP to allow users to upload files.  When issuing
  19. a send command, the following message results:

  21. FTP> Send test.txt
  22. 550 Requested action not taken. No access.
  23. Requested action not taken. File unavailable.
  24.  
  25. We have granted W:REW to the ANONYMOUS directory and all
  26. subdirectories in the UPLOADS path as well as ACL's to user
  27. ANONYMOUS, but still get the same result.
  28.  
  29. We would appreciate any ideas on how to set this up or
  30. information on Anonymous FTP which may point us in the right
  31. direction (preferably by EMAIL).
