  16. here comes my suggestion on the naming
  17. problem with "CMU-OpenVMS-IP":

  19. Why not using a very short name for
  20. an excellent and cheap product ?
  21. That's what the commercialists are
  22. doing all the time. Call it:

  24. ============  T I P  ==============
  25.  
  26. That stands for "The Internet Package".
  27.                  ^^^
  28. Naturally, it should become a more
  29. open product. All things will be open
  30. in the near future, and it's not
  31. necessary to mention this issue.
  32. The 'The' will do it, on 'alpha', 'beta', ...
  33. or other (nicer) platforms. I hope so.
