  12. Just so you know, Liana, resellers DO PAY Bell Canada contribution
  13. charges to subsidize the cost of local service with long distance
  14. revenues, and that is why the CRTC has ruled that there is no reason for
  15. Bell to "up" its local service rates because they are still receiving
  16. subsidies, and, by using a reseller, you sill use Bell for your local
  17. service...if you could not dial a long distance number with your
  18. reseller, you can always dial regularly through Bell (minus the
  19. discount, of course!), and Bell still has to service your line if there
  20. is a problem with your phone lines!
